2015 Kubota M7060 loosing power after about an hour of use...I think possibly related to PSB-2021-007-E-R1

I seem to be having this exact issue on my 2015 Kubota M7060 that was discussed in this thread on this forum:

Is the full bulletin available somewhere? I have done all the normal troubleshooting things, changed fuel filters, drained the tank flushed it out and refilled with normal(not dyed) diesel, replaced the fuel lines, drained and cleaned the water separator many times.

I called Kubota and explained the problem, they thought it might be a clogged DPF and wanted me to bring the tractor in to have the DPF cleaned.
Rather than doing that, I purchased a DPF delete kit and put it on the tractor thinking that would help out in many ways...but the problem persists.
Now I am in a bit of a quagmire...I will need to back out the DPF delete in order for Kubota to work on the tractor.
I do a ton of work on my own equipment around here so will likely research the steps needed to replace the fuel injectors.
Thoughts?

Im pretty sure you'll have to take it to the dealer to have the replacement injectors registered in the ECU.

Yep, I purchased the shop manual(~$300) for my M7060 and yes, the replacement injectors must be registered with the ECU. I called my local Kubota dealer and, indeed, I must put the tractor back to factory build for them to work on it. They will not touch it with a DPF delete kit on it.

This may be a different issue after further investigation

I have noticed lately that I have to drain water out of the water fuel separator much more often. Even though I drained and flushed the fuel tank on my very last fill up, the tractor got down to 1/4 tank and started really running rough. The water separator was completely full of water. I removed the fuel filter and it was completely full of water as well. So I am emptying the tank again and going to figure out how to properly flush. But what the heck could be going on where there is so much water getting into the fuel system?

I’d check the water content of the fuel you’re putting in the tank. You probably know this, but if you put some in a clear container such as a Mason jar and leave it sitting overnight, the water and diesel will separate: diesel on top, water on bottom.

I had an excessive water issue in a 250 gallon tank due to letting it sit through several months of our humid summers nearly empty. After 20 years, it had about 5 gallons of water in it. Fortunately it was feeding a furnace, not a common rail diesel.

Well, I drained the tank, changed the fuel filer, put in known good fuel, bled the lines and the tractor ran great for about an hour, then bogged down/lost power again. It only does this when warmed up.

I would like to hook a computer to the diagnostic port and check for any errors. I do this with my cars and trucks with an ODB2 or the truck adapter. But it seems the Kubota uses some sort of proprietary 4 pin connector to access their CAN bus system. Anyone have any suggestions on this?
