I am looking for any advice to install a new O-ring on the side of the transmission case. My question is, do you have to remove the transmission case to install the new O- ring or can you replace the O-ring with the transmission case in the tractor? Also the plug (K2561-11140) has a totally smooth top so I don’t see any way to remove it. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciate. I attached a view from Messicks website showing the location.
