What a difference a set of chains and 220 pounds of rear ballast makes on the rear end of this brand x small tractor with front mounted snow blower.

If you're gonna use it on slippery surfaces you need some traction and weight in front of the front wheels doesn't help that a bit.

You might want to check the chains they look like they are on wrong, where the links attach to the side chain that circles the tire should have the hooks facing the outside of the tires. Yes you run them this way but the end links will rub places into the tires after a while.

Sometimes my tractor chains go on easy peasy but then there are some times they are beyond difficult.
