R4 tires for b7100

I dont see why not, the newer BX and B series Kubotas are sold with R4's on them. What tire size you need I have no idea!

I could be wrong, so don't take everything I say as gospel. I have a B7100, also, with turfs. I had looked into tires with more bite a while back, and found that it isn't a simple thing to throw some ags or R4's on it. If it is possible, you will most definitely have to buy some new rims. You will have to do your math to get the correct ratio, and then find rims that fit that profile. Someone here, a while back, found a combination of ags and ATV tires that looked good and had bite, but they didn't match pattern front to back, and they weren't R4's.

The tires listed in this thread are available in the States. The Carlisle Tru-Powers, 28x12.5x15's, run $215.00 each. The Kenda K378's for the front, 20x8x10's, run $150.00 for two.

If you figure out an R4 solution, please post it. I would love to put a set on my tractor as well.

I decided a few month's ago I wanted to put R4 tire's on the rear of my B7200D. It took a little research to find the right tire/wheel combo and to keep the correct ratio. I bought my wheels form ebay> http://www.ebay.com/itm/8-25-x-16-5...287?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a0260f9df They are brand new, very heavy, and were powder coated white, but now their a sexy Orange I'm buying my R4 tire's (10"-16.5") from a local tire shop and having them mounted this Friday. I'm not even sure of the tire brand, but they are 6 ply imports with rim guard and a rolling circumference of 91" (31" tall). They priced me the tire's at $137 each mounted with new valve stems. I'm not going use tubes, and I'm filling them with wwf. I'll post a pic when I get them on. You should be able to fit the same tire's on the rear of your B7100, But you would have to replace your front tire's/wheel's with either 5"-10" or 6"-12"

I checked with another dealer and found some Samson 10-16.5NHS 10 ply Premium Skid Steer. It ended up being $268 and some change out the door. I put them on and drove up the road and back and they didn't bind at all in 4WD. They ended up being a half inch shorter than my ag's, but I could air them up more if needed. My front tire's are also 22 inches tall, and you shouldn't have any problems running the same R4 tire's as me. And according to "Tractor Data" both our tractor's came with the same size ag tire's.
