Hello,

I found a neighbor who is really firm in farmer-equipment and has a lot of stuff to do hydraulics. I brought my Kuno to his place and we added a hydraulic block.

I wanted to have a joystick for two valves, just in case that I get the need for a FEL (green/blue). One is with swimming.
And I thought it would be a good idea, to have an additional stick, that can latch in position to power an hydraulic motor. This valve has the couplers at the front and back (yellow/red).
The pressurelimit is adjusted to 150bar/2175psi.

Today I have received some hydraulic cylinders and couldn't wait to connect one to the traktor. I measured the time and calculated a flow of 7 l/min (1.85 gpm). The engine in my B1-15 (B1502DT) is a D850.

I really thought it would be more... :(

I plan to connect 2 cylinders for the small front lifter. These cylinders are 40/25 mm and 150 mm stroke. It will take 2 sec for lifting and 3 sec for down.
Regarding the pressure of 150 bar the cylinders will lift 2 tons and at the end's around 500kg (1:4). Push down 3 tons (750kg). With the ratio of 1:4 the lifting will be 600mm.
But I have no idea when I have the time to get it welded... I will make some pic's!

Nice clean looking setup, I like the remote joystick, Is it cable operated?
Those are some mean looking tires, They must really pull well!

...mean looking tires...
They are standart tires for the normal use in japan: muddy rice field's.
The tires at the back work quite well, but the front tires are often damage the lawn when I make a hard turn.

ps: Yes, cable at the stick.

Nice looking setup Carl. That took some time to do. You lucky to have a friend who wants to help. When ever I go do a project my friends run and hide
Great tractor you have there as well. Nice set up.
