Hey guys,
I am wanting to change the hydraulic oil on my old L285. The local Wal-Mart doesn't have Super Tech Universal TDH oil as seen in your video, but they do have a Super Tech oil called Heavy Duty Tractor Hydraulic & Transmission Oil. Would this work?
The reason I'm asking is because I had an Iseki TX1300F in the past that this oil didn't work due to it being too thin and had to switch to an 80-90 for it to pick up my implements.
Sam's Wholesale also has a 5 gal. pail of Heavy Duty Universal Tractor Hydraulic & Transmission Oil that is supposedly comparable to Kubota UDT according to the pail, but the price tag said that it was 10W/20!!
It is only $39/5gal. as compared to the Kubota UDT at $90/5gal.
Thanks for all the good video clips/tips!!
