My B2620 mods

Ok , so rather than start a new thread for each change I'm just going to keep mine in this thread if thats ok with the forum bosses.

I already showed my pallet forks in another thread.

Here's my completed bucket level gauge. I cut the blocks out of some scrap trex 2x6 ,the tube is cpvc and the bar is 5/16" rod. The one I made for my B8200 I let come out of a eyebolt with a grove cut in the bar for level this one is cut so when the inner and outer are equal the bucket is parallel to the ground(assuming your on level ground).

next up Chain Hook.

His workmanship is defiantly something to admire!
Started on my trailer hitch to mount to the loader today. I

had all this same stuff done to my old 8200 , it was all dinged up when i got it so i didn't hesitate to take the welder to it.

Receiver hitch is done!
supplies 2' receiver blank, 8" 2x2, 8" angle, 2pc of 1x1 tube that extends out to inner edge of bucket (extra precaution against lateral movement).

Only a 110 volt mig in my shop so the heavy stuff gets the old buzzbox splattermaster.
I might wait until I can sandblast before i paint this, those old pits are pretty deep but that's the price you don't pay for using steel from the scrap pile.

My hitch is 26 1/2" inside the hooks which works with my scrape, boom & homemade trailer hitch. The tiller and box scrape need a min of 27 1/2". My son in laws father and I swap some implements and I don't want to take the torch and welder to someone else's equipment. I may have been OK just stretching it out but for $25 and a little time I'm going to make it slide in and out a few inches.

started plumbing my rear hydros.
Removed formed steel line from loader valve and installed adapter fittings in place of the banjo bolts.

the 3ph end was sealed with copper washers but the replacement #6 bsppm x 6 male jic fitting (surplus center pn 9-8800-6-6) was supplied with a captured oring style sealing washer.

loader block end was replaced by a #8 mb x #6 jic std oring fitting.

I was going to just install a tee into the return but couldn't find one that was compact enough so I removed the nipple from the loader valve and used a 8 oring to 1/4 female pipe adapter and a 1/4" tee with hose barbs, i reused the same fitting that go's back to the trans reservoir. That little formed hose also transitions from 1/2" at the trans to a loose 3/8 (metric?) at the valve! I used 1/2" from valve to tee and then 3/8 barb fittings and hose for the rest of the return. Only thing left is to get the end crimped on the other hyd hose ( had to make sure it was indexed properly since its a 45 on one end and a 90 on the other)and wait on a couple more 8mb to 1/4 fpt fitting that i couldn't find locally.
Hoses are done, did some rerouting now just waiting for those 8 to 4 adaptors for the other 2 qc's.

next up SSQA and diverter valve.

thanks , now I need something to hook it too. Either surplus center or fitrite for at least a toplink.
