I bought a new L3301 from my local dealer. Got a BH77 to go with it and opted for the mechanical thumb. It took me a couple days to notice the pivot was mounted in the wrong spot.

I called the dealer on it. The service manager questioned it, asking me how I know it is wrong. "Well, becuase it cant adjust becuase it pivots into the boom."

I corrected it myself. But then noticed they had put the wrong pin in the guide link as well. Now I have to drive down there and convince these knuckleheads to give me the correct pin.

Did they possibly move the proper lower pin up to the top of the thumb?
