We had one of those running loose for a few day down here. He and another guy escaped from CMCF. As you can see, he wasn't hard to spot and got caught.

So where, exactly, do these...ummm...citizens get the money for all these stupid decisions?
I have a feeling that some sort of government (taxpayer) money is doled out to these nimrods for things other than this....

probably jail house tattoos or some "buddy" did it for free ...
It's not the best tattoo work I've ever seen.
what gets me is the young girls that get tattoos on their arms, necks etc.
20 years from now they will look like a worn out funny book.

Gang tattoos are oddly appropriate, considering that one of the traditional uses of tattoos is to brand criminals and slaves.
Around here, we refer to tats as 'Tramp Stamps' and no, I don't have any. I find people with tramp stamps to be less than savory.
