Hi

Just brought home a 2wd B6200E. Online I found engine requires CD grade 10- 30. Since this machine was made in 1983, I think oils have changed a bit. I use Rotella T4 15-40 in my other diesels. Safe to use in the B6200E? Fuel cap says ***8220;Light deisel oil***8221;. Is ULSD ok, or does Light mean kerosene?

Thanks

Yes T4 is fine and dandy to use.

Normal pump diesel, even off road is fine.

He said, "Normal pump diesel even off road is fine" This means to use diesel that you purchase at a fuel station at one of the pumps. And you can use off road as well as on road. (only difference between the two is off road cost less because there is no road tax applied.)

My old bad eyesight, I misread his comments. Sorry about that.

Melvin, no problem, it's easy to miss-read something. It's just good to clarify meanings so others, when they come to the forum, can get the information they need.
