Had a similar experience on a Pasquila tractor. Used a lot of RTV after welding rim, but, tire and rim did hold air(too impatience to wait for a tube).
Can this wheel be repaired?

What kind of welder and power input did you use? I'm gonna guess you used a Lincoln Tombstone stick welder.

Years ago, I almost bought a Case with an inline 6 diesel in it. I said almost. Was too big for my needs at the time.

Nice looking tractor. Those Case tractors from that vintage would lug down so you almost count the fan blade revolutions and come back without stalling.

Big piston, long stroke engine will lug beyond imagination. I use it for haying. It will handle a 5x6 big round baler just fine, and it is heavy!
