We never inhibited any REGEN, ever. That again is why I keep trying to find out the cause. I do not want to worry that the exact same issue will re-occur in a a few years or sooner. I know that the Reformer needs to be replaced to ensure we will not have this happen again. So I am fighting...

It was still under the 5 Year Emissions warranty up until July 14th. Tractor was at M and R in beginning of June and currently still there.

I was also just informed that the parts will be available for inspection. Again, thank you to everyone for your input. I'm learning so much from your posts. My Dad was my hero and I just cannot let him down on this.

They keep saying there were no codes..again..I do not trust this dealer. The Gm of the dealership called me and apologized and told me he would try everything he could, that he agreed with me and it should be covered. The next email was sorry they won’t do anything.

We never ignored anything. We fully completed every REGEN. His fields are 5 acres. It takes us 4-5 hour to cut. We don't drive it around a house and park it.

It's indeed very sad. I cannot believe that I am actually in the situation. My Dad was a good, hard working, honest man. HE bought Kubota because he believed in it's quality. This would have sent him over the edge. This tractor has 104 hours on it.

I don't trust that the dealer didn't clear any codes. I don't trust this dealer at all.

There were no codes for a forced stop on the regen. NONE..which would put the blame back on us.

Three people quit within 3 months..the customer care rep, the general manager and the service manager. Everyone I had spoke with.

I agree..but Kubota Customer Care is saying after speaking with dealership and our field service representative The unit only has 1 active code for a PM5 P3008. After reviewing the active code and the past codes there was PM 3 and PM 4 which were staged approximately .8 hrs apart as they set...

IF there is no causal issue.. wouldn't the reformer be the reason for the DPF failure. They did mention that 3 of the sensors had to be replaced because the threads got too hot and damaged them? How do I properly connect the dots... I know they are well aware of the failures of both.
