Thanks for the reply! I have another question. The lever that has the spin / not spin for the pto. Does it move anything internally or just operates the locks to keep pto in one position?

I’m having the same problem on a b3030 sort of. The front pto/ belly mower will spin and won’t disingauge. The rear pto won’t engage at all. Lever moves very smoothly. Iv tried turning rear pto and nothing. All it will do is idle real slow. You can stop it with ease with no force. Any help...
