    B2150 no start problem?

some pics inside the intake manifold First two pistons have dry and rusty intake valves...#3 and #4 look wet with fuel. Injector #1 looks plugged to me, which would explain the 'dry' #1 intake valve. #2 injector was not as built up with carbon, but still had a coating of carbon. Now I'm...

    B2150 no start problem?

Hello Jaxs... Yes we did try some starting fluid, per local Kubota shops recommendation. Amount was very minimal, and there was no noticable 'explosion', it actually made the engine seem more resistant to 'trying' to start. The engine cranking sound and behavior remained unchanged before and...

    B2150 no start problem?

Good morning, Forum, Took a couple of photos of the tops of pistons this weekend...there are clearly holes in the pistons, that I can poke a long pin tool through. Two of these pistons have nearly identical holes in exactly the same position on the piston. One shot is focused enough to make it...

    B2150 no start problem?

Today's discoveries... While bleeding the lines to the injectors as advised...three lines bled out a little air, was getting excited, then...one line was loose at the pump end. Removed the loose fitting and the o-ring is cracked/broken. Might as well replace all 4, and the copper washer as...

    B2150 no start problem?

NICE. If I am getting the bubble-free diesel...how do I check the injectors? Although, sort of like you said in the beginning...they wouldn't all clog up at once....

    B2150 no start problem?

Ahhh...Good to know, both replying and about the timer relay. Yes glow is the third position in the switch, and I typically hold it there 15 seconds, longer if it's colder.

    B2150 no start problem?

Yeah...mentally preparing for this...a couple more things to verify, such as fuel pressure. Tools needed for this are on the way. Yes, for the duration the timer relay will allow.

    B2150 no start problem?

Hello forum....long time lurker, first time poster... I have a 1996 B2150. Ran great a week later it wouldn't start. I have learned a lot trying to get it started. This was my dad's tractor, and after he passed, all of the history of this tractor went with him. So, engine cranks, puffs of...
