    We looked around for used Kubotas. The asking price of used was too high. Finally, we chose a new LX2610SU. Suppose there were many of these in crates. The network is purging these to make room for the updated LX series. Waiting for the mud to dry out so that we can get some chores done.

    Thanks. Looking further, the implement makers sometimes will let you order without couplers if you want to install yourself. It seems that these flatface aren't as readily available on the implement side. I think I'll order online.

    L2501 - broke the exhaust manifold

    Brazing would probably not hold with the thermal cycling. Too much heat might warp flanges and end up with gasket leaks. I wonder abut salvage yard options. Replacing new probably best.
