b7000 front end loader project questions

thanks for the quick reply wolfman. i just read @torch's thread and went through my tractor and the b7000 part manual after not finding the block. unfortunately i don't have a hydraulic adapter block on my b7000. it looks like the correct solution would be to replace the steel supply line...

b7000 front end loader project questions

hi all, i have some loader design questions for my b7000. you guys already provided me some good info on the subframe so i i picked up a rough condition unknown brand loader locally that surprisingly seems to fit pretty closely. however, it comes with no pump and a remote reservoir tank that...

aftermarket 3 point hitch set up issues with b7000

finally got it working (i hope). the reversed lift arms caused too much angle for the levelling arms and ball mounts so i switched the arms back to factory and instead extended the check-chains with d-shackles so while mounted inboard they will now fit into the correct holes in the lifting...

aftermarket 3 point hitch set up issues with b7000

the 2 holes in the lifting arm are the same size. i will take some better photos tomorrow. i didn't get this finished today as i had to run into town for some parts.

aftermarket 3 point hitch set up issues with b7000

if you mean the lifting arms they are already flipped that way and it is the only way they fit. i would need to drill a new hole to install them in the manufacturer's alignment because the check chains won't reach. if you mean the levelling arms i am not sure i follow.

aftermarket 3 point hitch set up issues with b7000

ok, i now have a tentative set up that seems to work. does this levelling arm angle look ok? it is now connected to the lift arm closer to the tractor than before and also more flared. to do this i reversed the axle hubs on the rims and this picked up 2" extra spacing per side (i can...

aftermarket 3 point hitch set up issues with b7000

is there a commercial set of wheel spacers for the older kubota models? i am adjusted to maximum right now but i was looking this morning at whether i could reverse the hubs on the rims so they bolt up from the inside which would give me more clearance. picture of my hubs and what looks like...

aftermarket 3 point hitch set up issues with b7000

i can order pins but i have a tiller and bin forks with the same problem. i'd rather fix the 3 point to fit cat 1 implements than modify every implement just to fit this tractor. if rejigging this does not work i will purchase kubota lifting arms on the assumption those will work.

aftermarket 3 point hitch set up issues with b7000

do you have the original kubota implement arms? they seem to be straighter and longer than what i have. all my implements are roughly 660mm (26") point to point and that seems to be standard cat 1 spacing. i can't alter some of them.

aftermarket 3 point hitch set up issues with b7000

thanks guys. it is assembled based on the drawing it came with, but i will try reversing the check chains. i am fairly sure the lift arms are the right way around. there is also a pair of spacer rings i will need to figure out.

aftermarket 3 point hitch set up issues with b7000

i am a newby having trouble with an aftermarket 3 point kit working with cat 1 implements on my jdm b7000. i am wondering if i have set this up wrong or the hitch kit is the wrong size? i have compared the 3 point mount point to a friend's b7100 and they seem to be identical width so i think...

b6000/b7100 b219 loader owners, help needed

hi, if anyone has a b219 loader mounted on a b6000 or b7100 i would really like to know how far apart the towers are spaced and also see photos of the subframe and how it is mounted. thanks!

    sizing tiller/brush hog attachments for a b7000?

thanks guys. i have done a little reading. the b7000 was sold new by kubota with a 48" tiller option, as was the more common b6000 which is a slightly smaller tractor with a smaller motor. i've also read first hand accounts of people using a 48" brush cutter with the b6000 and b6100. you...

    sizing tiller/brush hog attachments for a b7000?

hi folks, does anyone have experience with sizing a tiller and brush hog for a b7000dt? it's a grey market tractor rated at 14hp with 10.5hp of pto quite similar to the 7100 but 650cc motor instead of 760cc. i have been looking for a small brush hog rotary cutter to fit the b7000. there is a...
