I've read several threads with problems similar to mine but not quite. Without a load the 3pt will go down. I put on a 7ft bush hog and it won't budge. I checked the lift speed flow control and the linkage was disconnected. Fixed that but it didn't help. Not sure which side of the stop pin it is...
