Ok, op here. I started it again and let it run for 30 minutes. And problem was solved. I did want to point out that it does have the preventative in the fuel to avoid gelling. Also thank you to those that responded.

It is 1 degree right now, I started my B2601, and let it idle for about 5-10 minutes (no block heater) then when I began to blade our drive. Within the first 10 feet it began to drop in rpm, so I stopped, increased the throttle a bit and began again, the rpm's just keep revving up and dropping...

That's what we were thinking and overzealous assembly line worker...

I did what yoou suggested and it did move but we couldn't get the holes lined up to put the pin back in. Soo I think I am going to have to try loosening the bolts, and see if that will allow it to move with ease a little better.

Thanks. This is a brand new blade. We used it a little without tilt. So we will try that too.

It appears that all bolts are supposed to be there, I did not find a shipping bolt.

It is the pin that the manual says to remove for the tilt. On the backside of the blade. You have to turn it vertical to pull it out. Once removed the blade doesn’t give at all. I’m wondering if something is too tight and won’t allow any movement.

Good day! I own B2601 and recently bought a RB1672 rear blade. I must be missing something here. I pull the pin so that I can tilt the blade and it won't budge. What am I missing? Thanks for any info...
