Thanks for the replies. I finally had to call the man to come look at it. Turned out to be the starter relay.

Quick run down of the situation. Tractor has always started fine up until now. Had to replace a water pump in the field and now it won't start. I've checked all the regular things, fuses, grounds etc. It acts like it thinks its in gear and won't turn over. It makes a click sound but won't turn...
