Great suggestion Burt! #9, I have a wix dealer down the raod from me so if you could forward the numbers you cross referenced, it would be greatly appreciated. I will be switching the oil over to amsoil but will stay with the kubota fluid in the transmission.

Anyone know how many amps are available on an L3800 for adding electrical accessories? The tractor has a 40 Amp alternator but I doubt all 40 amps can be counted on for add-ons. Thanks

FYI PDF on the pump states a rating power of 200 watts so 200/12 would put it at about 16.7 amps.

I choose the L3800 and should be taking delivery this Friday. I have 22 acres but 10 of which is ag. I will be using the tractor to mow and clear the property for a grass runway in the next year. Can't wait to get started!

Where Dealer did you purchase from? I am looking to buy an L3800HST myself and that seems like a great pkg deal. I was quoted that same price for the 6"finish mower and loader/bucket. I am in norther Ohio so it may be worth making a road trip!
