Well for me to get one from the dealer, it was $900, so I just opted to get it rebuilt. And yes, I took it to a hydraulic shop for the rebuild.

Update: I took unit back to shop and explained to them what the issue was. One of the service guys right away recognized it as a "timing" issue. Looks like "whitetiger" nailed it. Got it back, installed it and voila, it worked! Thanks again for everyone's suggestions. Sent from my iPhone...
