Anyone now the campaign number for this issue. Has to do with installing heaters to the PCV and oil separator. This would be for a l4701

https://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/threads/received-this-yesterday.32032/ has some discussion about the improvement campaign to prevent crank case ventilation (CCV) freezing causing excessive crank case pressure. Appears it covered a variety of models but only in severe cold areas. Not clear if it’s specific to certain manufacture dates (did it become standard at some point?) or not.

Only mention I’ve found of a specific campaign number is in one of the threads referenced in the above, Product Improvement Campaign AG03616-L60. That one looks to be specific to L60 models rather than L01’s.

Whether your tractor was/is subject to the campaign doesn’t appear to be a very straightforward issue.

It’s probably obvious by now, but I don’t know much about it. Hearing what happened to yours in your other thread and having the same model, I researched a bit and am sharing what I found. Suspect it will be pretty difficult to determine if your tractor was subject to the campaign without dealer assistance.

Thanks for the info, finding out the same thing. All very vague about this issue concerning the l series. I guess I don’t understand how one model would be very different from a 60 series concerning the emission controls.
