I just did this job on my bx2200...concur...good snap ring pliers are a must...take your time...I used Permatex axle sealant which seemed to work well (but kinda difficult to squirt)...definitely clean the mating surfaces and the sealant channel well...and don't knock the tie rods out without...

Looks like I have the same problem on my BX2200 with LA211 loader. Specifically, my bucket cylinder is 75538-64011 and my boom cylinders have 75538-63011. Could you provide seal part numbers here if possible? I realize this thread is quite old.
