All my equipment is kept inside and kept in good condition. Damaged powder coat, dents are not something I buy new equipment for. Replacing that hood would require all new hardware to be able to torque and would take several days. Definitely needs replacement or refund with return shipping.

Still nothing. Found a supposed support number and called it. Puts you on hold and never goes further, tried emails with no response, tried the chat and the minute you type looking for support it stops replying, they remove reviews from their site, youtubeers that get products for free...

I get the same holes in my big maples.

I just emailed Lucas because of no response from MechMaxx. Only offshore support and he is going to pass my information on to them. On a Kioti form another had similar issues plus missing parts and was told live with it and find parts locally so it seems like poor support and bad packaging.

I'm going to give them a chance to respond first. I think they will stand behind this after looking at the video. Just stinks there's no phone support for fast support. Hopefully will know in a day or 2. I hope they will replace it but always have PayPal for help in the end.

Well looked good on the outside but lots of burried damage from poor packing. Hose damaged, cylinder damaged, paint damaged and no number to call. Waiting for an email response but going to need a lot of parts and paint. Just changed my mind about MechMaxx.

It arrived today in good condition with no damage. Looks well made and the welds are beautiful Single digit wind chills and snow for unloading. Just like February today. Guess I won't be using it for a while. 750 pound shipping weight. Fedex freight is the best in our area, they never damage...

I bought one of the Beelink mini computers with a ryzen 7 chip, 32g ram and 1 t ssd for $300 and a small monitor for running Alibre and it's fast. 3d printed a mount to make a tiny pc that can also plug into my big monitor.

Have you seen the new laser welders / cnc cutters that can cut super precision parts and make perfect welds for all 😁? The next big thing for consumers. Fun spending others money 🫣.
