OK. But where does the grease overflow at when its full? Do i have to remove the blades to check?

Operations manual says "Until grease overflows". Where do i look? Under the pullies? Under the deck? Estimate 20 seconds on each spindle with DeWalt 20 volt Max grease gun so far. Dont see anything. How much does it hold?

How do i know if i have too much or too little grease?

Dealer thought the problem was with air ride seat install. They didn't come up with a fix. talked to their head mechanic yesterday about the grounding issue. He said he had not heard of that but could be possible. He will have a answer on Monday. Thanks all!
