We have resolved this. Thank you to all that replied.
We isolated the faulty ports individually, remove the fuel line going in and forced air in reverse.
this was able to dislodge the crap blocking and blow it out.
We got the engine running on all 4 cylinders now.
no, not specifically. motor was torn apart a year ago, stripped down sleeved and rebuilt.
reassembled about a week ago and installed back into the Mustang 442.
would one be able to blow air from the top ports or do i need to pull it off and go from the bottom?

we just rebuilt the v1902, putting it back together, 2 of the 4 ports are not sending fuel through the lines, why would this be happening, motor started on just the 2 (middle 2) but obviously we need fuel to flow in all 4.
