On a bx everything is driven off the propeller shaft. Hydraulic pump is on the transmission. Sounds like hydrostat is going out

Replace the couplers. If you changed lines around with same issue then its in the female portion on the loader side

The seat switch is the issue. Pull the plug and short the two wires to check.
