Anyone replaced the diaphragm in a B6100 primary fuel pump

The hose orientation isn't critical. The pump I have on there now has banjo fittings for the fuel. I would like to have them on a new pump, but I'd much rather save an engine from oil dilution than having banjo fittings.

Anyone replaced the diaphragm in a B6100 primary fuel pump

Are they all the same pressure to your knowledge? I found one that fits a Kubota V2203, V2403 engine and it has the hand primer lever on it like the one I pulled off of the Kubota Powered, Onan generator I am working on with the 675cc engine

Anyone replaced the diaphragm in a B6100 primary fuel pump

Thanks for the information and directions! The pump works, I was just thinking of how old the diaphragm is and it leaking fuel into the crankcase. Thanks, Chris

I wanted to replace the diaphragm in this style fuel pump, Fuel Pump for Kubota B7100D-P B7100HST B7200D B6200D B6200E B6200HSTD B6200HSTE | eBay . Is there some secret to replacing the part? L2201 starter

Question: What is the starter NOT doing? How many hours on the tractor. In my opinion, you are always better off with either a repaired original starter or a replacement OE starter.

2009, B3200, V1505, 4 cylinder. 214 total hours. Seems to be losing its prime after sitting a few days.

I fueled it with fresh diesel. I used it more when I first got it as I did a lot of mowing for people.

Thanks, I'll check the oil level. I thought about replacing the fuel pump. There is a big price range from aftermarket to dealer. I am inclined to buy from the dealer. I hate Chinese aftermarket parts. It's mostly junk. My fuel tank is higher than the injection pump if that means anything. Thanks

I have owned this tractor for 10 years. Bought it with 59 hours on it. It has 214 total hours now. It has always started right up COLD after glowing it. It all of the sudden seems like it has lost its fuel prime. The glow plugs are all working. I went through and bought all of the rubber fuel...

    B7100 HST Restoration

I had a B5100 with a standard trans. I wish now that I had kept it but I needed a front loader, and it didn't have one. It had the 2-cylinder diesel. I stepped up to a B3200HSD. Now put yours to work.

B6100, D650 engine hot oil pressure question

I figured that because it didn't vary much between hot and cold oil temperature, the oil pump pressure relief was bypassing extra pressure when the oil was cold. I like your saying, "Normal is a setting on a clothes dryer 😂"

B6100, D650 engine hot oil pressure question

The D650 is on an Onan generator. It starts cold and runs up to 1800 rpm. I found out here, on this site, what the engine was used on in an equivalent tractor. The oil pressure seems the same hot or cold. I have a new oil pressure sender and gauge. The injection pump is locked and sealed at a...
