Ok looks like I have plenty of flow/pressure at the loosened line on top of the pump. I did discover that with the wheels off of the ground if I push down on the steering wheel I can get the wheels to turn a small amount. Does this mean my steering controller is bad?

Looks like the steering flow rate is 4.23 gpm, thinking I’m nowhere near that but really hard to say since the line was just loosened and not open. Think I’ll take the line completely loose and reinstall with just a thread or so and look at the flow again.
