Hey Y'all. I'm a new kid on the block ( Oct. '21 ) aaaaand a first time Tractor owner.
Dealer is gonna run me through "tractor school" 10-18-2021 and should be delivered to the farm before weeks end. I'm excited !
During the mid '90's, I spent several years operating a Case Holland Skid steer w/ 4 in one bucket so I'm not entirely ignorant to "Big Boy Toys". Enjoyed that machine and not to toot my own horn, got to where I could just about thread a needle with that baby. Also spent some time on a Kubota tractor with FEL and backhoe with many hours on it, which led me to buy one. The only time it saw the shop was for routine maintenance.
Please be patient with me, being a newbie and all. Orange Tractor Talks seems like a nice place to learn and share. I'm pretty "tech stupid" as well so please keep that in mind also.
