You are right about the specs on the "F" model... 2wd, 8 forwards and 4 reverse, ag tires... a plain old B flat tractor :) I could possibly make the L4060 guard work but it's about 5-6 hour drive just to look at it and decide then compare that with what's on a L2501/2 at my local Kubota dealer...
