Spent the day in the garage. Installing some rear LEDs on the tractor. I'm happy with how they came out. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but they work great for me. I just want to be able to see better when backing up.

I mounted them right under the toolbox, what's funny is that the hardware included with the lights was the same size bolt and thread! Fit perfectly.

Maybe they'll get broken but maybe not. I feel like they are well enough out of the way for me and use.

I like that I didn't drill any holes or anything. Just used factory holes already present. I like running the least amount of wire I can, I feel like I did a good job.

Tried to keep my wiring clean and neat. I want to make a protective shield around the switches but they are probably safe enough there. I can make something later. It works for me

It's good enough light for me. Much brighter than what the picture shows. I can see really well when sitting on the tractor. Some implements may interfere but generally Ill be using them for plowing anyways. I just wanted to try it out here.

Also tested my rops lights, they are ridiculous. I can see so much with them! Very impressed with these.

The camera doesn't do it justice but I can see several hundred feet in front of me just fine. That's a I need.

Anyways that's all what I did today. Oh...I got my haircut 🤷🏻‍♂️

Valve stem cap lost and the core gunked up and gunked tight.

IMG_7105.JPG

Carquest did not have the core only so I had to buy the entire stem. Anyway fixed. I went online and found 10 cores for less than I paid for this entire stem. Problem is that I probably won't be able to find them if/when I need another.

On vacation in Fla so I sent my son in law instructions to run the tractor if needed for the 5" or so of snow expected at home tonight. Oh darn!!

A little snow overnight, so once the sun came out and it warmed up to a toasty 20F I cleaned off the driveways and parking areas before someone had the chance to turn the light powder into ice. Any excuse for some tractor time! (y)

Once again, I’m not following. And I will kindly ask you not to crack jokes about or directed towards my daughter.
Take a deep breath!
I'm sure (or at least hope) it wasn't meant to be mean or insulting.
I know I didn't take it that way, I had to go back and look at all the posts.
I caught it too, the angle of the pic make it look like she has a HUGE foot / shoe.
I'll all normal, and just a camera trickery.
Also note pictures look different on different screens and different resolutions.
I have three computer screens on my main computer, one 27" and two 30" and that same picture looks different between the 27" and the 30".
I can't tell you how many times you all post photo's and I have to take a second look because they just don't look right.

Wife just walked in and said, that orange tractor got sick, it turned turned green.:sick::sick:
If you met my wife you would know why you should be laughing on the floor, her wit is quick! 😂

Well it's definitely not orange, do you plan on painting it orange, cause that might make ot more socially acceptable on orangetractotalks.com :)
