So I recently purchased a 2019 2021 BX23S from a private owner with 34 hours on it. It took me about 12 hours or so to develop a leak on this near the rear tire on the front-end loader control side. Its a slow leak and I think its one of the compression fittings near that control lever, but its pretty tough to see from underneath and I think I could see it plainly if I could take this plastic cover thing off.

Jeez that picture is huge but anyway my question is has anyone done this or is there a procedure somewhere for taking it off. Looks like a couple of screws underneath but the handle end bits have me puzzled as to how/if they slip off. Any advice?

EDIT: Sorry to get my first post wrong its a 2021 Bx23S, not a 2019.

Take the tire off, and you should be able to view everything. If you want to take the cover off, you will need to pull the tops of the handles off, not an easy task, and then unbolt it from underneath. To get to the bolts, you need to take the tire off.

I Know NOTHING about the BX23S, but.......
I would suggest taking the WHEEL off, and leaving the "tire" on the wheel.:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

When I replaced one line this summer, 'fender' tin had to come off to get access to joystick valves. I don't know IF you can even get to the valve from the wheel well.

Are you learning from Henro how to be politically correct? :ROFLMAO:

I had no trouble accessing the valves on my BX23S when I installed the LandPride 3rd function kit. If I had to remove the fender tin, I would have had to remove the cab first.

The removal of the tire gave me all the access I needed to that fitting. Really odd I didn't even consider trying that first.

Thanks for saving me some time and frustration, DustyRusty.

Good thing that you didn't take my suggestion literally like fried1765 and removed the tire and left the rim on the tractor. :ROFLMAO:
