I have a b8200 with a bush hog 1845-qt loader. When I set my 3 point hitch height the only way I can get it to raise is by operating my loader. Once the 3 point hitch get to desired height it will stay there until I change the height.

Sounds like the loader valve is not plumbed correctly.

It should be configured for power beyond operation and connected to the outlet block on the right side of the engine with two hoses. There should be a third hose going to the transmission filler. Post some pictures of the valve showing that plumbing.

The behavior you are describing suggests the tank and power beyond lines are reversed.

I do believe you need to swap PB and B then it should work properly.

I just got a L-4530B backhoe attachment. So after I switch the PB and B lines. I should still run the PB line to the in Port on the backhoe then run the out line back to the B port according to my pictures correct?

PB on the loader valve goes to IN on the backhoe.

OUT on the backhoe goes to B on the hydraulic block.

Typically you add a quick coupler to the middle of the PB line going to and returning from the backhoe which you loop together when the backhoe is not mounted. What are your plans for that?

There is quick couplers I think the owner before me got the lines crossed. As for the backhoe just going to use it for around the house projects. Septic system for my moms camper. 500 gallon tank and 1 leech line. Going to go about 4 foot deep and around 50 to 60 feet long. Hard to pass up a backhoe unit for 1,000 bucks. It's a man thing gotta have the play toys

If the quick couplers are properly cofigured there is no way to get the hoses confused.

I checked the couplers and the pb line and the out line both have female couplers the same size.
Why is there a coupler on OUT? That should be a permanent connection to tank. The only line needing a coupler is PB. I think there is some confusion about how the backhoe gets connected.

The owner before me had it set up with couplers so he could remove the loader system. The loader has a kind of quick removal setup. There is 2 swing away u bolts 1 on each side. You can remove 1 nut on each side and the the ubolts swing away. Prop up the loader disconnect the lines and back up.

That makes sense. B8200 is pretty old and those loaders are not usually quick detach

The front of the tractor has kind of like a tube cut in half where the loader slides in to it. The back is the only spot where there is a clamp system to hold it in place. I am in no way a tractor expert this is my first tractor. I can fix just about what ever is in front of me. But knowing where hydraulic lines need to go forget it. Unless they are already hooked up and just need replacing.
