Hello gurus! There's a local guy who is trying to sell his 2015 L3901HST with Kubota loader and back hoe with a thumb. 140 hours. $22,500. What do you think.....what should I be aware of if I go look at this. Right now I have a 1979 L245DT with a loader and a Woods mower that a neighbor is interested in buying. 5 acres plus. I have another mower. Ive always wanted a hoe.....don't need it....but hey.....there are lots of things we don't need. Thanks guys.....gals.

Lescarpnter.....Thank you for posting a response. I haven't been in the market since...1982 and I was just looking for some advice. Thanks again.

that is a very good deal. backhoe is one of those things you will either use a lot, or realize it was easier to just hire it out. Around here there are a lot of idle backhoes looking for cheap work at $50 an hour no minimum. We calculated we would have to use one over 100 hours to break even, and taking it on and off is a hassle if you use rear implements a lot

That sounds like a good deal to me. Tractors are worth what someone is willing to give. A good place for comparison pricing are websites like Tractorhouse.com or Fastline.com.

On my L3901 with BH77, the BH comes off easier than putting on the 3PH parts.
